Give the designer specific feedback on the designs you’ve received so far and be as honest as possible (for example, “I don’t like this because it’s pink and our daughter does prefer pink). However, in case you are not satisfied, we will work with you and the designer to find a way to make things right.

• Step 1 Choose Apartment configuration : - Select the Pre-designed furnishing package as per apartment configuration. 1BHK, 1.5BHK, 2BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3BHK, 4 BHK etc
• Step 2 Select or drop items : - We have given a lot of thought to define the items we feel are essentials to rent out the apartment but at the same time the Pre-designed furnishing package are structured with modules/ line Items, which you can add or drop depending on your requirements/ budget. We call it Flexible Pre-defined furnishing packages.
• Step 3 Select material and finishing : - This is purely a budgetary exercise, where depending on the amount you wish to spend on your rented apartment, you choose the material finishing from Basic to Premium to Luxurious.
• Step 4 Quotation Finalization : - Once the material and finishings are finalized, our project in-charge will share the final quotation with you. Payment Milestone 1: Upon you signing of on the final quotation an advance of 40% of the approved estimate is due.
• Step 5 On-site Construction and Installation : - This is where you relax, and we take it up. The project in-charge ensures the professional execution of your furnishing. Payment Milestone 2: Before the final installation and completion of work on-site, an additional 40% of the approved estimate is due.
• Step 6 The Handover : - Once completed, the project in-charge will take you on a walk-through of the apartment. He hands over all the necessary documents to you at this stage. He also updates you on the measures to take care of the space and leaves you with the assurance of any timely support you might need in the future. Payment Milestone 3: Upon handover of the house the final 20% of the approved estimate is due.

Payment Milestone 2: Upon you signing of on the final designs and estimate a booking charge of 10% of the approved estimate is due.
• Step 4 Material selection and process sign-off : - Once the site is booked, the project in-charge starts work, beginning with the selection of materials, including fabrics, lightings and other décor elements. Our project manager chalks out a comprehensive schedule to ensure that the work is completed on time and to your specifications. At this stage, all relevant documents are available for final approval — all 2D working drawings, finalized 3D designs, the quotation, the timeline, work schedule and material list. Payment Milestone 3: Before we start with material procurement and on-site work, an additional 40% of the approved estimate is due.
• Step 5 On-site Construction and Installation : - This is where you relax, and we do all the heavy lifting. The project in-charge ensures the professional execution of your project. We keep you informed with regular updates about the progress being made. Payment Milestone 4: Before the final installation and completion of work on-site, an additional 40% of the approved estimate is due.

The amount of time varies from project to project. After you start engaging with the designer and before you finalize, the designer submits a proposal which includes timelines. The timelines typically depend on various factors including site access (some residential complexes don’t allow work on Sundays as well as 2-4 pm in the afternoons), number of iterations of various layouts, amount of civil/construction work required etc. Your project in charge will discuss this with you before you finalize hiring us. Typically, if everything is in order, after you finalize a designer, most Turnkey Design & Execution projects can be completed and handed over in 10-12 weeks.
